November 15, 2022  from 9 am - 4 pm.

Where:
Equine Wellness and Performance, 2005 Pluckebaum Road, Cocoa, FL.

Cost:
$250 plus sedation. There is a $100 deposit due at booking. The deposit is applied to the cost of the scoping; it is also refundable if you cancel by 5pm on Thursday, November 10.

Benefits of attending the Gastric Scoping Clinic:
Thanks to support from Bohering-Inghelheim, we are able to offer a number of benefits to our “scoping day clients” including:

  • Informed decision making: Treatment of ulcers is an investment in your horse, working with the vets and visualizing the extent of ulcers is the only way you will know if those ‘ulcer symptoms’ are really ulcers.
  • Discounted Pricing: If your horse is found to have Gastric Ulcers requiring treatment with Gastrogard and you place an order with us at the clinic for 24 tubes of Gastrogard, Boehringer-Ingelheim will give you 4 FREE tubes of Gastrogard to complete the 28 day treatment program. The total course of treatment (28 days) is $900.
  • Free follow-up scoping: After your horse has completed the 28 day treatment, the follow-up scoping will be done for free and if the horse is brought to the clinic the only charge will be for sedation.  Alternatively, we can do the follow up at your location, however, there will be a farm call along with the sedation charge.

Space is limited. To schedule an appointment, please call the clinic at 321-639-4242. We also want to hear from you, if there are any other types of clinics you would like us to offer at the practice, please email us at
info@equinewellnessandperformance.com. Thank you for allowing us to care for your horses and for your ongoing support.
