Newman Equine is now Equine Wellness and Performance of Central Florida

Effective immediately, after a decade of being an integral part of Newman Equine, Dr. Patrick Biegel has assumed ownership of Newman Equine and will continue to build on a 30+ year legacy of caring for the horses of Brevard County and the surrounding area. 

With new ownership, also comes a fitting new name, and Newman Equine will now be called Equine Wellness and Performance of Central Florida. A name that fully reflects the current direction of the practice and Dr. Biegel’s passion for helping all horses, whether a best friend or a top performance athlete, achieve overall health. 

Dr. Newman will continue to practice at Equine Wellness and Performance for the foreseeable future while continuing to teach at Eastern Florida State College.

What can you expect? 

While the ownership and name has changed, all the services you receive, including your healthcare plans, remain unchanged.

Also, the entire staff you have come to know will continue to be part of your comprehensive care team. 

There are a few things that have changed that you may want to note:

• Our Facebook page is  www.facebook.com/EquineWellnessandPerformance
• The team has new email addresses and these are available on the website. All other contact information remains the same.
